Well I dunno whether u’ll find this useful but its ma first review I m writing here.
I bought this wonderful mob on 18/08/07
anyways this mob just rocks.
1.) it has brilliant screen display 2.2"(240 X 320) QVGA display and 16 milllion colour just rocks.
2.) the music is crystal clear but the thing is its not loud.but definitely louder than SE W810i
3.)once u plug in d headphone its just an awesome xperience equivalent to SE W-series.
4.)it has d fastest processor @ 370 MHZ faster than even N95! hence the battery life is less as some battery is consumed for the arm11 processor. therefore it offers only a talktime of 4 hrs.
5.)the 2MP camera is awesome in day light and sucks equally at night. but flashlight makes it better.
6.)the transfer of files is faster 4m comp to mob. and it supports all formats like mp3, m4a, mp4, aac, aac+.
7.)well the battery life depends on ur usage for me since I hear to music most of d tym I hv to charge daily. and also I do play games along with music so no wonder that I hv to vharge daily. and also it has a processor.
8.) well last but not d least it has edge offering internet at 250 kbps. which is just awesome and the browsing is equivalent to browsing on comp. its real time experience.
Finally all I have to say if ur choosing a mob b/w-> nokia 5700, nokia N73, nokia N72, nokia N70 and even nokia N76 then this is the phone to choose as it offers more features at lower price. if u want a gud cam also den u can go for N73.
and b/w this and SE mobs upto w830i then this mob is awesome.
I just compared ma phone with SE w810i a few days back. this phone just roxx.
some of the features I compared->
1.)MUSIC:
a.)quality-> well since 5700 has a dedicated audio chip it has 20% better quality then SE w810i
b.)loudness-> in this stuff 5700 rules it has 40% more loudness than w810i.
OVERALL-> 5700 is good in music.
2.)DISPLAY-> the screen of w810i is much smaller 176 x 220 pixels, to b precise so it cant be compared to 240 x 320 pixels of 5700.
and w810i has a colour display of 256k which again cant b compared to 16.7 million colours of 5700.
OVERALL->5700 just roxx in display
3.)BATTERY LIFE->
W810i-> it offers bout to 8-9 hrs thats just awesome.
5700-> gives only 4 hrs of talk time but "DONT FORGET THAT THIS MOB HAS A PROCESSOR"
4.)PERFORMANCE & SOFTWARE SUPPORT->
this is the department where nokia mobiles cant be compared to sony ericsson it has an amazing outstanding software support thats why I hv about 30-40 games in ma mob. and equal no of softwares whereas SE just sucks in this.
CONCLUSION-> well nokia 5700 just rocks and beats SE w810i in everything so my recommendation plz do buy this mob. its awesome.
