Pathetic after service

I purchased Nokia 6.1 plus in September and after 4 months my phone stopped charging. I spoke with customer service and visited service center as instructed. I visited Service center on 7 dec and they said its the issue with phone and part needs to be replaced and I was given 7days time however I been following up with service center and customer care team. First of all service center team is v v rude whenever I call them they say ’aapko 7din ka time diya hai naa aur isese bhi jyada time lag sakta hai 10-11din bhi lag sakte hain’ When I called customer care team they assured that I will get a call back from a manager till date I have not received any call from manager and when I call them I just get response that part is not available and they cannot give any time frame.


Such a pathetic service Nokia is giving to the customer no care for their customer at all. They do not even give standby phone. How hard it is to stay without mobile phone even for a day and I am forced to stay for unlimited days. I am not able to decide if I did a big mistake buying Nokia brand.


I will never ever recommend anyone for Nokia phone. Frustrated customer no idea what to do
