I am Using this mobile from last 8 months, but first week itself the software crashed and I reloaded the same from Nokia Care , Chennai and after a months again software gone ... I did 3 times like that and atlast I wrote to Nokia for exchange the set but I didnt got and favourable response from Nokia Team.
Regarding the issue I wrote several times to Nokia team , even I called to Customer service where in Singapore and they told we dont have replacement of set but we can repair the same with companies cost , I have done so 3 times, again its showing the same software problems.
Can you think once ... why Nokia’s having lot of Nokia Care .... where other companies dont have ... in this case one day I discussed with one person and it was found that Nokia’s major problems is its software than its any elegent design or function and almost everyday if you visit to Nokia care you will found rush of people ..... with there hadset.
Nokia was a Germany based Toilet Paper company and it came to Mobile technology when it found there is good growth in the industry and market opportunity..... Can you imagine how this company dominated the others with false promises.... recently I have seen a Samsung C130... its design style is superb..
