I purchased this Nokia 6020 in March 2006. It worked fine for about six months when there was a software problem which was fixed by the service centre guys. Three months back it started giving connectivity problems which were attributed to the service provider (i did not believe that). Finally about 15 days back it stopped working altogether. I just couldnt switch it on.
The service centre fellows say its an IC problem that cant be fixed. That means the phone’s a piece of junk. I have used 6030 also; its a much better piece of equipment.
*MY ADVICE - DO NOT GO FOR NOKIA 6020. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY

Frequent software and connectivity problems

It is really sad that within 18 months of purchasing a Nokia, I have to look for another phone. Are the Nokia guys listening, or are they too busy sorting out their new battery problem?
