I bought the noka 6100 6 months back and and was impressed with the light weight size and looks.
But after a my happiness was only for a few months. Problems roblems started to crop up with the keys. The keypad began to behave un-reliable after a 3 months.
Then the problem became severe week after week, one by one each of the number keys started not to response to even after prseeing it with full force of the thumb.
But this is not always true, sometimes the keys wil come back to actions and it will start working, but only for a few minutes. Then again the would become dumb.
Fortunately the top menu buttons did respond and I could recive and call the number that had called me or were already stored in my call register.
I took the cell phone for the Nokia Service Center only to know that they stop taken any further repair requests afer 6:30 pm even when they were open till 7:30 p.m.
Finally I managed to give it to the NSC next day and came to know after 2 days that they had to forward the nokia phone to the main service brank as they had no clue how to repair it locally.
I recommend you guys not to but this set if you are planning to buy this model for long long time.
Buy 1100 atlest it works.
