Bought a nokia 6235 last august from a reliance webworld and i am repenting the day I bought it, the cell phone worked well initially in oct suddenly the number 2 on keypad would dial on its own , and I had a speed dial associated to it and it would dial number automatically. I went to nokia service center brightpoint at phoenix and the servcie there was pathetic , they just wnat to make sure tahat they are not responsible for anything if mobiles are in warranty. First he examined the phone and insisted that I ahve mishandled it and broken something , there is not a singke scratch on the phone but they kept saying you ahve to pay for charges to repair and that it is out of warranty.
I had no choice it was anew phone I had paid 8600 for it , so I agreed to accept the chages , they repaired once but again it got spoiled and the nigtmare started it went to centre 5 time s, half the time they did nthing , or if I sent my driver refuse dto accept the phone saying it is working fine , and finally declared it as unrepairable.
So I have vowed not to buy any nokia product especially if they have a service centre which is not nokia care but no care center .The phone cannot be repaired they insist it is out of warranty, since I had bought this from a relaince webworld I spoke to themas it ws in warranty , but they could not ddo much so I cancelled the connection and also said goodbye to relaince and nokai
