I bought 6260 about 2 months ago, and since then I have used it for hardly 15-18 days. I had send it 3 times to Nokia care center for repairs, but in vain !! every time it came with the repaired/cheked, and I found that the same damn problem still occurs.
1) The phone hangs while call conference/swap, and I had no other way than to remove battery to power it off.
2) The Type-60 keyboard is sluggish on responce, while menu browsing, and most of time it opens the next icon of the selected item.
The most frustrating part is the Nokia Service center responce, as every time it was guaranteed that the problme is found and resolved , and necessary quality check is carried before handing it to customer.
After taking to the NPD ( priority dealer) , I learnt the fact that he had send 3 more handset to the nokia service center for the same problem, and Nokia cant replace the handset immedtly since it has received around 50-60 nos of 6260 in mumbai with the same problem, and does not have the logistics to handle the replacement.
For me it is a sheer waste of money ...
