Please do not buy Nokia 6265 CDMA phone from Reliance. My handset’s display light has switched off permanently and also the normal hearing from the handsets speaker has switched off.
I can hear using speaker-phone. This is after 3 months of the purchase of the phone. My colleague also has the same phone and he is also facing similar problems. When we submit to Nokia Care service centre, they will take 45 days for servicing and do not give a replacement phone for the time being which causes lot of inconvenience. My Nokia 6265 is useless after these small but very important problems. **So, Please do not buy Nokia 6265 CDMA phone.
It is very difficult to use the phone at any time of the day and at night, its impossible to use the same. I would NOT recommend this to anybody. Please do not buy this phone. Also please let me know if Reliance has any other good phone of similar range! I think NO.
Reliance now does not care mcuh for all these things but they should know how important a phone/ handset is for any customer who is ready to pay for it.
Also it becomes difficult when you roam around the world
