I have cheated by nokia -care members i took tis mobile in the month of may 2008 the very next day its video and camera got hanged when i went to the dealer he refused to change and i went to nokia care they kept for one day and told its done when i checked in front of them it wasn’t done but it wasn’t i complained to their superior they took again and told me that i have show to a local repairer and ts a non-repairable piece and the would charge me 85% amount of the mobile for repairng.
Its pathetic. I’m using the same mobile but i understand that sometimes software fails but service shouldn’t. But nokia has a worst service at their care center at vashi. Centre manager himself doesnt know how to speak and also the staff and technicians .from top to bottom their service is just worst..
Boycott nokia.
