I want to have a good mobile with good camera quality and I was not much considered of 3G or any other sophisticated services . My budget was within 6-7 k. Also keen to have more than 2.0 Mega Pixel but not sure I will get with my budget.
I was planning to take samsung but not sure on the picture quality and none of my friends where using.so I dont want to get thesurprisesafter buying that.Left it out.
Then I was searching in Sony.One thing not comfortable was the keys.I did not like.Also.
So went againsearchingfor Nokia all of the mobiles where2mega pixelwhen I searched for 3Mgpixthe rate was more.so I remembered my friend owning 6200 where the quality of the camera was great.but when I read the review I was flushed .Then I searched for next version 6303 and review was ok. Since I have not seen the mobile yet .i was confident that camera quality should be good as the specification was similar to 6200 with resolutionUp to 16.7 million colours.
So I got his mobile in THe Mobile Store -Chennai for 6.6k Steel Color.I got disappointed when I saw the camera.there was grains and not much clear, but when I took a snap the quality was good.so with 6k may be I can expect only this much .but really it was good.Key pads are really good. But the steel color was bit weight.but looks professional.
We cant expect much on the video camera. Its neat.
I was not able to connect my mobile with HP Mini Laptop(USB).Oops.USB cable was also tooooooooo short.Since the OS was symbioan is not possible todownloadthe maps.Just check in theNokiasite for downloading maps in 6303.
The Headsetdoes not have volume controller.
Battery I really good. So for 6.6 k its good .
After six months(july 07 2010)
After almost 6months of usage.it still seems to be good.Not much we can expect on Maps.No support. I suggest to check on Nokia site if any support for Maps.
As of now if any one interested better to go for 3G mobiles.This mobile does not support 3G.
