I was using a mobile without camera for sometime .So I was on the lookout for a good camera phone with reasonable range of features.I read many of the reviews and saw 6303 image which was expected for release in India during second quarter of 2009. Suddenly I came to know during August that the mobile has been released. After bargains I purchased it from Nokia Priority dealer in Kochi for Rs.7600/-
After three days I realised that the alarm sound and sound during travel were not audible. I took it back to the dealer and they tested and agreed to it.They promptly asked me to take it to the care centre. Then I contacted the Nokia support through email. But the solution suggested was same.
Does Nokia expect its customers to start walking to the service centre from day one?. Then because of my repeated representation to the company somebody called me on the phone from Bangalore. He was very arrogant and acted like God himself.
The mobile sound output even at maximum volume is below par. The pictures has heavy grains while taking photos. The only salvaging feature is good looks. Is that enough for a phone which cannot carry out its basic functions? Is this the Nokia quality and standard of service?
Surprisingly I found that the same phone with name HD6303 manufactured by Hidden Dragon mobile telecommunications is available for$30 a piece(see photo).The phones are so similar in look and features one is forced to have doubts
Not surprising that the price of the phone is coming down very fast.During the first month it has come down from 7600 to 6600. Is Nokia slipping?
