What are the strengths? great phone for business users.
camera very good and zoom excellent.
64mb card free with phone (orange 12 month contract/upgrade).
easy to use menu system.
6 shortcut buttons that you can configure to your most popular functions.
free data cable with phone in box.
What are the weaknesses? Stopped working after 3 days. started playing up straight away with it turning off and then back on again when I was asking it to do things too quickly. then I was trying to get into phone book and kept throwing my back out to the main menu screen. So I turned the phone off, battery and sim out, back on again and it wouldnt go past the nokia startup screen. Phone orange business support who sent me a replacement the next morning. so far so good with this one (only had it a few hours though!!!)

cant back up phone data on orange website yet as phone is not supported. customer services said it would take up to 2 months for it to be supported. so make sure you update phone book with data cable onto your pc with software provided.
Summary managed to get this phone on an upgrade with orange for nothing! took a bit of arguing with customer services and threats of going to vodafone where I could get it for free! hence why I gave it excellent value for money!
not put off with initial teething problems as long as this phone doesnt start to act up!
all in all I am very happy with layout of menu screens (very easy to navigate after a bit of exploring), and the sound and camera are good quality. orange have good wap site to explore and are constantly growing their 3g content.
