A good bargain

Nokia 6630 is one of the best phone that you can have in the price range of 12-13K. When I bought it on 31st October 2005 it was priced at Rs 13400. The two main reasons why I purchased this set is because of the MP3 player which has sterophonic output and the 1.3 Megapixel camera. The battery life of this set is also good in the sense that average usage of about 30-40 minutes call per day would get drain the battery completely in 4 days( along with a few minutes listening to MP3 songs). The sound quality obtained through headset is so good that now I actually like to listen songs through the phone instead of the sony R-50 music system that I have which has 3100 W output. The camera has special ’’Night Mode’’ facility which provides additional lighting in case it is required to take photographs during nighttime. Pictures taken during daytime are extremely clear and of good quality. The camera allows for 1280980 resolution and 640480 resolution photographs. The phone comes with a removable 64 MB memory card. It is housed separately outside and not along with the battery as is the case with Nokia 3230. It has advanced phonebook with no constraint on the no. of contacts that you can store and the details of each contact. It has a call log where you see calls made for the last 30 days. The processor is ultra fast and all alleged bugs have been fixed

The memory card is extendable to 1 GB. It supports polyphonic ringtones, true tones, MP3 ringtones. Overall its a good bargain.
