Nokia 8 sirocco is a good beautiful phone with a bold and elegant design. But the same design seems to be its downfall with a very bad after sales service support. I purchased the phone almost 2 months back and today went to customer support for a damaged display which seems to have happened at the corner of the screen. The screen is so fragile that from a very nominal height, from which phone usually falls from everyones hand, the display got cracked from the bottom corner. On the top of that Nokia do not cover screen damage for there flagship phone under warranty where companies like Apple and Samsung at least take care of display damage for once. So why should I invest insuch a fragile phone. At the moment I have been asked to pay Rs. 23000 for the screen damage and then my phone will be replaced. So every time if my phone fall from my hand and display gets damaged I have to pay 23000 to get my phone rectified. This is not done Nokia and not how you take care of your loyal customers. This is not how flagship phones are handled. So bye-bye Nokia and next time I will not trust such a fragile phone. Also phone has a strange issue where when you connect the earphone you continuously get a hissing sound which will disturb your music experience. So even though it seems Nokia has come into market with some good phones but basically they only want to sell and do not care what happens to customer afterwards.
