Good for nothing

It was a bitter experience with Nokia by buying a new C2-03. Nokia is far behind in Touch technology. For C2-03, they also need to provide a hammer or similar to get it worked.


By hard touch, when you try scrolling, it ends with extreme ends, or gets opened. Nokia applications take more than 4 minutes to open..I could never see it. Call list is displayed latest call last. Herculean task to scroll to re dial latest call.


In short, it is an utter failure.


Then about Nokia customer care, they don’t have any commitments to customers. They force to stop our complaints by their negative response. This story ends by returning my 4 days old Nokia C2-03 to same shop keeper with a loss of Rs.1800/ + calls to Nokia care persons + travelling to service centers (both time, money, effort).


I foresee, Nokia will be vanished from market very soon.


Dear friends please check Samsung or LG’s dual sim touch mobiles,  in same budget  you will get more user friendly mobiles with more features.
