I have a Nokia 5060 with camera. But there was some problem with the camera’s drivers; as a result I was not able to transfer photos from my mobile to any computer. I tried USB connectors, Infra-red connectors, even took it to Mobile Store for help. But, all in vain. Then, I went to Nokia Care and explained them the problem. I even took a pendrive with me and asked them to transfer the images to my pen drive.
To my astonishment and dismay, the lady Customer Care Executive replied, "Sorry Sir! We don’t deal with customer’s confidential information."
I said, "But, here I am telling you myself to retrieve data from my mobile. What’s the problem then?"
But the lady was adamant and repeated that they don’t have any such arrangements.
I was really disappointed and found myself in a hopeless situation. Nokia Care was completely unhelpful and non-cooperative.
Even today I cannot transfer the images from my mobile. Can anyone help?
