I was the proud owner of a Nokia 6630, till it suddenly tanked only about 3.5 months. My experience exactly matches the one by ankeet101, so please read his review for details, the differences being that I went to East Patel Nagar center, and there were only 4 executives for 40 customers. It took me more than 2 hours to get to an executive and submit the phone for repairs.
Now, after keeping my mobile for over a week, they are telling me that the set is irrepairable, and their technician says that its due to misuse. They refuse to divulge any other details or listen to me. There were several other frustrated customers with handsets being returned after partial repairs or refused repair even though the set is covered under warranty.
I am planning to file a case against Nokia in this regard, and will put updates here whenever there are new developments.
