I have been using this phone for over 8 months now. I can say that I am almost completely satisfied by it.
First we’ll see the good points.1. Symbian OS 9.2 under Rs.90002. This phone is 16gb expandable for all your music/video/images needs.3. Great music quality in headphones, very loud n crisp clarity.Music player is also very good, playlist support, search option(fantastic) which lets you type few letters of the name of the song n result shows u all the songs matching to what u typed.4.Once u start using the qwerty keypad, u’ll find the normal keypad too slow.5. It can run all sis/sisx/java applications and games.I have installed many such as timer, blacklist, ans machine, s-tris 2, sudoku , etc.6.You don’t need to open the contacts, it has home screen calling which just lets u type the name select the name which u want and call directly.Saves time n effort.7.It has torch(LED flash), just press space button.very useful.8.It has office editor which not only lets u see the files but also edit them.This is a premium feature.9.It has many other features such as radio, dictionary, push mail, lotus traveler, etc.10.Last but not the least the BATTERY life is great.It has 1500 mah battery which last up to 2-3 days depending on the usage.
WHAT IS NOT GOOD1. Camera is just 2 megapixel with flash. Pictures are just ok, not exceptional.Wish it had at least 3.1 mp.2.No A-GPS.3. Loud speaker has low volume. At least it should have had that of E-71. Playing music on it (loudspeaker) is no fun.4. There is no volume keys.Although you can change volume by pressing shift(bottom left corner) key and up/down navigation key.Not a big problem.5.There is no secondary camera, although it is 3g phone , meaning u will be able to make video call, but only u can see the caller, he/she can’t see u.
That’s about it.This is the best phone under Rs. 9000. no wonder it’s sales r so high.You’ll be very satisfied by this phone n won’t feel the need to change for long time.
Note: Upgrade the firmware to 500.21.009 from nokia.co.in for more stability in OS.
