I recently bought a Nokia Lumia 520 phone from flipkart. The phone was delivered within 2 days. After using it for about a week I realised that there was an issue with its volume button which wasn’t working. The same problem was found with my neighbour and my cousin’s phone who also owned the same mobile. Flipkart refused to replace the set as there were many similar complaints.
Instead, it offered to repay the amount either through a cheque or crediting the amount to by bank account or to my flipkart wallet. I chose the last option. After extensive research for about a month, I did not find any other phone that offered such great features at that price. Further, I learnt that My neighbour and cousin who had similar problems with the phone sorted it by resetting the phone.
So, finally back to ordering nokia lumia 520 once again. Hip hip hurray to nokia lumia 520 & of course flipkart.com for its friendly service.
