I bought this phone in February 2012 and within a week I realized that the back cover of the phone was not fitting properly. After 2 month , some noise started coming from receiver speaker . I went to service center ( Communication Solution, Okhla Phase II, New Delhi) JOB SHEET No. 871433527/120607/42.
Their Manager Mr. Shubham said that they will not entertain the back cover but took 2 hours and replaced the receiver speaker . But within a hour I noticed that the sound quality was same. I called them to check and was being told by them that I need to visit again to rectify the issue. I am really surprised by the quality of engineer they have and the product quality itself.
Its very disappointed by the quality of product and services Nokia have . Now I have to again take the phone to them and ll have to spend couple of hours to fix the issue( if they can, I really suspect). And Nokia , with this cheap quality phone you are loosing your loyal customer who picked your new product on the proven android I am sorry to say that now I don’t trust either in Nokia’s product quality or the quality of services.
