I bought this mobile after having used many other brands which I was not satisfied with. Nokia Lumia 720 had many good reviews. However, my handset started giving me troubles within couple of days. But since hanging and stalling was very common I thought I could live with it. However in another week or so, the things seemed very irritating.
The problem with my handset was, when a call was coming in, the screen has to be slid up to reveal the answer/ignore buttons. The screen would never slide up. switching the screen/on/off button on the side would sometime allow to slide the screen but the answer button is deactive and if I wanted to power down the handset the screen has to be slid down which again, I couldn’t.
Now I don’t know how many faced similar problems as this. It could very well be one off case. I have been a loyal user of Nokia since the use of mobiles. But this glitch could be limited to a defect in the set or software. I have reverted the same back to flipkart and am yet to get something done in this regard.
