Nokia Lumia 720 the Flagship phone from Nokia. Really???
Its a Pathetic device so is the service of Nokia. I bought this phone on 5th May, 2013 sice the beginning I felt some lags in it. The processor was slow, ouch wasnt so responsive, used to hand a lot and one fine day the Phone was dead, the screen wasnt coming up. All went dark.
I took it to the Nokia service centre at Pitam pura, I was surprised to meet them. They said its a small issue, software need to be updated and it will be good to go. They didn’t even Apologized for the bad service. I asked for a replacement they just denied. I told them that I have been facing above said issues since the very first day but they didn’t listened to me and updated the software and asked me to visit again if the problem continues.
Was that suppose to happen? Is this the way Nokia deal with their customers. NO wonder why Nokia is Lost its Image in market. Anyway, I still struggling with this Pathetic Phone Nokia Lumia 720 A worst Buy...
