I have been a Nokia user since 1998 and I used to tell people if you ever buy a handset buy a Nokia. The N 70 is my 5th Nokia handset. Initially I was amazed with some of the features especially the clarity of the camera. Just after a few days after purchasing my trouble started. The software is very unstable and keeps hanging. Even then I was managing somehow till it completely stopped working. Since it was under warranty I gave it for service. Then the fun started. Nokia care cannot service the N70 in a city like Bangalore and when I asked for the reason they told me the parts for the N70 were not available in Bangalore ( just imagine no parts for a phone which is advertised so much) . Another agent told me that high end phones like N70 cannot be serviced in Bangalore and have to be sent to Hyderabad and the process would take about 15 days.I have realized one more thing about Nokia because of the N70. My perception that nothing goes wrong with a Nokia phone has completely changed. Also if something goes wrong with a Nokia phone.......just try servicing it......may God help you.
