AFTER ALL THE NOKIA HAS REPLACED MY HANDSET IN 1 MONTHS TIME THEY HAD GIVEN A BRAND NEW HANDSET TO ME .............THANKS FOR SERVICE WHICH IS LATE BUT GOOD TO TAKE ..
s of higher people not able to get try to call the head office numbers the are wrong numbers see the service even the customer unable to contact the head office to tell about the problem what he is facing such poor service...i purchased a new nokia N 70 for Rs.22000/-and used for 2 months then problem started which is a network problem then I have the phone to nokia servicing center to rectify the problem...i have given it on 27 july 2006 still I dont have any update what happened to my mobile then after calling so many times to customer care I got an answer that I will get my mobile on 9th august06...when I went to servicing center to collect my mobile I have taken and checked the mobile then a new problem has came which is not their earlier that is display problem then again these people asking me that they have to send this to head office to repair what nonsence is this after paying so much of money to enjoy the servises if such problems are coming who will be responsible for this even though I am unable to get the telephone numbers and -mail ids of nokia people to tell what is the problem tell me what to do
