I would like to share the problems I faced with N71 phone model
I have bought a Nokia N71 phone model on 16-8-06 paying a huge amount. ( which I think like NOKIA robbed me ).
Then within a months period the phone automatically stopped receiving any network signal.
Beleive me I have handled the handset with too much care & was not having any damage to it.
Then firstly I approached to the Nokia CARE CENTRE (stupid centres of Nokia )
hoping that ill get a good service & handset repaired again as soon as possible.
They requested me to leave the handset for a week & as I was frustated I left the handset for a week.
( TO GET WELL SERVICED ). In between a week I called care centre and requested for the status.
Then I came to know that handset is having some Capacitor/Resistors faulty & care centre does
not have the original parts in stock to replace. Care center is wating for the parts to receive
& as soon as the parts will receive from Nokia the handset will get back.
Then as promised by Executive I called again after a weeks time & got to know that the hanset is repaired.
Being very happy I received the handset working good.
Within 2 days again the same problem occurred & I rushed back to CARE CENTRE again. Asked for the reason
why the problem occured within 2 days after it has been repaired. Then came to know the fully stupid answer that:
"THE REPAIR HAS BEEN DONE WITH SOME COMPONENT ADJUSTMENT AS THE ORIGINAL COMPONENTS WERE NOT IN STOCK FOR N71"
The executive told me to leave the hanset again to repair for 10 days now.
And as the handset was of no use to me I left it. [B]Being a customer of NOKIA and no other option
in front of me I kept on leaving the hanset to Nokia care centre.[/B].
I REALLY HAVE MADE A BIG MISTAKE BUYING NOKIA N71. OR YOU CAN SAY BUYING NOKIAS PHONE MODEL.
Now finally after having all experiments on the handset, and still no joy....
It is sent to replacement to Nokia from 65 days..... I am following up to care cenre everyday....
getting answer that it is still not received from Nokia.....
And am quite sure that I have lost all money and after receiving the handset back...
Dont know will get in which condition now.
It will start giving other problems....
