In N72 most of the features are not full featured, just introduced. N72 is not having few basic features. Surprisingly in N series models few features were dropped, which were in old Nokia models.
I experienced blow problems,
First, In Sufficient Call History Reporting, For example if you got a call (or missed call) more than one time from the same number, in the Call History, you can see only very recent call form that number, You cannot see pervious attempts from that caller.
User Friendliness is very poor: To open few applications like Alarm, Calculator, Call History you have to browse more options by pressing so many buttons. The GOTO application is useless in N72, in GOTO we can create shortcuts only for games and Photos, not for frequently used applications.
Default Voice recorder is only for one minute, if you want unlimited you have to install 3rd party tool.
For Call Recording also we have to install 3rd party applications.
No Automatic Key Pad Lock Option, If you want to lock the keypad, you have do it manually, Even in older models we have this automatic keypad lock option.
There is no option for Screen Saver. Even the Wall Paper also you can see the half screen only.Comparing with similar priced Motorola sets Bluetooth and Camera options are not full featured.
But in positive side it a 2 Mega Pixel good looking stylish phone, some applications like Real Player, Adobe PDF reader are there.
After purchasing this I realized this is not that much of useful, If you are looking for Basic featured good looking phone, then N72 is okeey. If you are looking for full featured set, then this will definitely disappoint you.
