First there are 2 versions of Nokia n73, the n73 and n73-music edition. My review is about n73 music edition.
Its a good phone and I have been using it for 3 months now. The phone has 3 main features,
phone,
camera
music player.
The phone is good with good call clarity and reception. It is not the fastest phone, but it much much better than n72. Its got 3G, MMS, Bluetooth, infrared and 2 GB memory(using external card supplied by nokia. Its got stero speakers and a pretty decent browser.
Its got softwares for pod-casting, blogs etc, but the only way you can use it through your GPRS or 3G connections, which costs money. Battery life is for 2 days(for my usage) with bluetooth always on and syncing with my PC.
PDA features are not great when compared to my previous Windows Pocket PC phone. It syncs your calender, notes, from your outlook, but does not sync emails, files etc.
The camera is great. 3.2 Mega Pixel, Carl Zeiss auto focus lens, with settings for portrait, close-up, scenary, etc. The photos are good and if you want to have a look at some of the photos I had taken, check my blog at https://ssatishn.com.
The music is good. It has radio which did not pickup FM signals well inside my house. But once the frequency is set manually, it was working well. Sound is good, not great. The controls in the earphone chord is handy and effective. Its a good alternative to ipod and I use this phone for music in the gym.
I wish it had Wi-fi and good PDA like the windows phones. But I have no complains because of good camera.
About Rs.17500 in the market.
