POOR RESPONSE FROM NOKIA COSTMER CARE

My name is shamdat, I am a cinematographer, I was very impressed with N73M becouse of its, Sound quality and the picture quality.I can take good quality location photographs and I can hear good quality music. I bought nokia N73M because of 3.2 mega pixel camera and 2GB card. My 2GB memory card was not working when I bought N73M cell phone. I went to Aagnus nokia care Palakkad, Kerala on June 11th 2007, they said they would replace memory card with in 10 days ( job sheet number 042434038/070611/43 ).


Today the date is 1st of September 2007.Now it is almost 4 months they didn’t deliver my memory card. Last month I contacted nokia care banglore by phone and they said, they will take action with in 48 hours, and they gave me a complaint number (2-29B941) After 20 days I contacted nokia care Bangalore by phone, they give me a chalan number (SHP04219) and said, If I gave the Chelan number in the nokia care office they will give my new 2GB memory card. Then I went to collect my 2GB card.


I give Chelan number to Nokia care authorized person, he says, ” NO STOCK”. The same word he was telling me the last 3 months. I asked him, Then when I can get back my new memory card! He says, "I DON’T KNOW". Why am writing this is because, my job is not to criticize mobile phones. I bought a mobile phone, which is not serving my purpose, and it is disturbing my precious time. The sad part is Nokia an international company doesn’t have a 2GB MEMORY CARD. NO STOCK FOR THREE MONTHS AND THY HAVE NO IDEA ABOUT CUSTOMER DELIVERY. If anybody knows the exact contact point, kindly let me know, that my defected 2GB card replace fast.
