Before you buy nokia n95especially in Chennai. I bought my phone two weeks ago. After two weeks the problem aroused. Whenever I dial or receive calls, there were disturbances- it went to the extent that my ear drum started to ache due to the disturbances.
When we went to the shop poorvika in kodambakkam, were we bought he asked us to go to the nokia service center. The nokia service center in kodambakkam called "Raksha Impex" - asked us to leave the phone with them for service for three working days that is from 22/09/08 to 24/09/08. But we got a call on 23/09/08 telling that the mobile has been serviced and it is fine.
When the same evening the problem began to rise. So today my husband went to the service center and asked them to exchange the mobile as it was creating problem again. The person who attended him was not only rude but said he won’t exchange the mobile. We are suffering without a cell phone for no fault of ours. Hence my request is always think twice before getting mobiles especially the branded ones from show rooms too in Chennai. When they sell the mobile they will act as sweet as honey , their true colour will only be seen with a tinge of venom when the problem arise in the product and the fault is on their side and not on ours.
