I ordered a slipcover. Paid for it by way of PayPal. I never received it. I emailed Northvalley several times without response. Tracking requires you to create an account with who-knows-what kind of company, which I refused. I emailed: again without response. Uncertain if the company actually exists other than a name. Apparently, they don’t care at all. I would call them rip off artists. Steer clear of this company. If they even actually do more than take your money and have no product on hand or employees that actually exist. I must give them a one star because I cannot give a zero since I’ve not had contact!
