If you have got any problem and I mean any related to your product you just have to log in to your Norton account and go to Chat tab in support. An executive will be to there to assist you within some seconds. I have some experiences with them. Six months ago, my p.c broke down and I wanted my subscription to my new laptop. I just contacted them through Chat and they transferred my subscription to my new laptop and fixed everything from their office. I just had to install a file that they told me to.
