Norwegian woods by Haruki Murakami is his best work in my opinion after ’Kafka on the Shore’.
This book is quite light and easy to read.
Story revolves around three main characters in the book :
Toru Watanabe, a 18 year old boy living on his own and studying drama in Tokyo. His best friend, Kizuki, died when he was seventeen and that hurted Toru a lot.
Naoko, Kizuki’s girlfriend and a good friend of Toru.
Midori, classmate of Toru at the drama class. She loves books and Toru somewhat.
Story follows unforgettable turns and expolits your deepest emotions. The end maybe confusing to some readers but its Murakami Afterall.
