Nova sandwich maker is not a durable product. The major reason for its non durability is its poor quality. The poor quality of the product make it non durable and it is placed at some corner of my home like a scrap as it is not operatable.
I am able to use it only for 6 months as after that its wires get shot circuit which make it non operatable but I got it reapir from out as there customer services are far behind from my house. And if I went to there place it will cost me same as it cost me now if I repaired it from near my house.
So, there customer services are not helpful for me as they are at very long distance. Along with this it also creats further problem when it stop working suddenly even after repair.
This brand is also not user friendly as its electricity consumption is quite high which increases my electricity bill in previous 6 months.
Finally I will say that this product is very cheap, not for house hold usage as it will increase you bill.
