Dear Mam


Besides generated invoice and services written over invoice company won’t provide any additional services. There is no provision of any refund as already tax invoice generated and package gets activate immediately after generation of this invoice.


Below is the email we wrote and look at their response. I have removed our email and contact details as our reputation is much bigger then the money they stole. We have all the call reording the RM says there is noone above him and he has nothing to say about this.

Hello Sudhir Sir,


As discussed yesterday, we are not happy with the incomplete information shared and the package been sold to us.


Ofcourse being a customer I had gone through your website before even calling Shadab sir for a meeting with the owner of our business.


During the complete meeting, we were told about our business app that will be available in the play Store however, now when it’s time to get everything live we have been told this feature isn’t a part of the package we chose.


Here are communication gaps:


1.) In the first meeting, we were already clear about the package we wanted based on the features given on the website. That day Shadab sir was not sure that the IVR facility is not in the package we were looking to opt for.


I showed him your website that’s when he said yes IVR isn’t there but call recording will stil happen. So this showed the lack of knowledge however, we ignored it thinking it’s a lot of things that your company is offering and as a human he might have not remembered this.


2.) He kept talking about the app that goes in Play Store but never said it’s given with specific package.


3.) He said pre made templates for updates will be available and to shock us this feature is also not a part of the package we choose.


4.) He took the responsibility of making a logo but when he came for a meeting after 3 days there was no logo with him which I even asked on the group and had no response for it.


He said he was confused whether he has to make or I will share ideas and if that was the case, to clear confusion a person asks questions but there was no question asked. He said I thought I will go to meet that I will ask. In short 3 days of our time was wasted to ask this question in a meeting. Doesn’t look professional.


5.) The meeting for yesterday was at 5:30pm and we were waiting for your team member but again there was no efforts taken to inform that he will be late. When asked why didn’t he inform he said he thought he would reach.


But according to our general human understanding if the meeting is at 5:30 pm and you are more than 20-30 mins away from the meeting location even at 5:20 pm then there is no scope of reaching on time and hence, it’s your responsibility to inform the client about the delay.


When we asked on group we had received no update and then we final had give follow up call to your team on our own. So after waiting for more than an hour we get to know that the person is going to be late by another 1 hour.


6.) When we stated to Shadab sir he didn’t inform about update templates not being available in this package he said he will manage that for us, by preparing it when we ask for it and sharing it on WhatsApp. This we still accepted as he gave a reasonable solution.


7.) When we informed Shadab sir about he not giving information about play store not a feature in this package, first he refused to accept it, then he accepted he missed and said for now we won’t need it as it’s needed when we have huge customer base. If we have huge customer base without the app why will I spend on that feature?


Later he said you use this package for a year and then upgrade after a year to advance pacakage to get the play store app. But, as a customer why will I upgrade with you when I am forcefully stuck with your company with lack information in first year.


Makes no sense to us.


His body language immediately changed to being defensive. When our owner said forget it we won’t use the service we paid for let the money go waste as he was not happy with the reactions coming forward, Shadab sir closed his diary and said ok sir and was ready to leave.


It’s a shame. Our owner informed him about the change in his body language but once again no acceptance.


Before billing no reconfirmation or reiteration or features done.


Yesterday the statement give to us and you on the call was I though the client has read everything on the website. If that was the case why will we call you to start things and not do it on your website directly?


As agreed by you as well there has been a communication gap and this isn’t acceptable


Hence we need a solution to this.


Here are the expectations:


1.) Give is the updates template feature in the package we have.


2.) Give us the play store app feature.


To do this if needed upgrade our package to advance pacakge without any additional cost.


3.) If the above can’t be done, give us the domain, hosting and complete access to our website where we are not connected to you and we still have the full rights to amend our website with the same features that we have for our website when it’s connected through boost 360. In store the unlimited cloud storage, the unlimited keyword search, and so on. We will handle it individually as it’s been booked with our brand name and we do not want it to be at stake.


We look forward to a solution to this latest by 8:30pm today as we have wasted a lot of days working on this all now and at last we get to known false promises made.
