Ntpc is the national thermal power corporation of India which is generating the electricity with the help of coal and water. I.e. Thermal plant for electricity. And it transferring the electricity various states and places in our India. It is the largest company. It has various branches which are located overall India. The starting salary is also very huge amount. We can’t expect that salary. My friend father is working here since 2002. He explains me about the work and benefits of ntpc plant. I also visited the nearest ntpc and observed all the machinery which are looking like dangerous and very hazardous. There is lot of heat.I don’t know how the workers are spending their life in that so much heat. If we stay for 20 minutes, our body will fill totally with sweat. Then We will come out. But ntpc have best Brandy’s to its employees such as pension scheme, etc.
