I booked nuego bus from Kashmiri gate to haldwani on 27th July 2025
I got a ticket confirmation. While I reached at stop. It was informed by other driver that the bus is cancelled. I shocked as I had some important assignments and no prior information of cancellation no refund . How can they do it with me. I tried to get another bus , but unfortunately no other bus available on that route. I spent the ticket cost, 500 rs transport from my house to kasmiri gate and same 500 rs to go back.it was a very high degree of harrasment by neugi and I lost my assignment also due to this highly unfortunate and unprofessional attitude by the neugo bus. I will lodge a complaint in consumer forum now
Very pathetic. I earlier travelled in nuego from Jaipur to Delhi. And it was boiling hot inside the bus aa AC was not in working condition.will never concoder nuego in future in my life. It’s a horrible. Don’t waste ur money , time and moments with nuego.you travel by general bus but don’t travel with nuego
