Hello everyone I hope you guys are fine today I am gonna tell you about Soya chunks which I have been using for many years.


Actually it is high nutrious food that contains about 52% of protein in 100g of soya chunks.Those students who cook their food themselves are like to cooking soya chunks because its cooking recipe so simple that anyone can cook it.Here I mention its basic cooking method.


1>Take a cup of nutrela and boiled it in 3-4 cups of water and put a pinch of salt in it and cook it for 4-6 mins in low flame.


2>After when it is cooked, rinse well in cold water for 4-5 times and squeeze it untill it gets dried and cooked it as you want like make soyachunk pulao, added potatoes or other vegetables as per your test.


when I am working in gym, most of time my post workout meal is soyachunks because it contains mostly protein and it is almost fat free.
