nykaa is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I cancelled my order. Nykaa picked the return but they have not refunded my money.
Customer care has no information on status of return. They say there is no entry in system. They are completely clueless on everything.
I have written at least 20 email(literally 1 email each day), but Nykaa team dosn’t even reply. Such a mismanaged company. I could have donated the large amount of money that I paid to these incompetent cheats.
NEVER ORDER. THEY ARE FRAUDS.
