Placed order on nykaa with card payment on 6th April and for 3 days no updates. After that on 9th April it was shipped from Mumbai to Ahmedabad, surprisingly on 15th also it’s not delivered. 5 calls, 3 mails, 1 Facebook message follow up but still not seeing anything affected. How can be an E commerce website such pathetically handling clients? and more over on the name system stuck they take the number but no call back. And same copy pasted revert on the cancellation mail.
