Ordered cosmetics from nykaa during the sales period and received a box but when I opened it I found a completely empty box with a bill. Whatever I ordered was missing from the parcel instead of some used product in the parcel. First customer care asked me to mark the return on each and every order. After some days they asked for a photo after many times following up from my side. Finally today I show you a message saying your request was rejected. Woow amazing nykaa services Now after so many emails and calls what I come to know is that we are lying and we are people mad. I am not understanding why we will lie to you, you are trying to cheat me and boosting your unethical revenue b y delivering the empty boxes to your consumers. so many days I’ve been literally pissed off by calling and mailing you. Now I am forced to file a complaint against nykaa in consumer court. It’s not a small amount. How do people say sorry for that, i need my refund. plz find the attached video.
