This nykaa is totally pathetic. I ordered on 10 dec with id 600592918. First they didn’t ship for 14 days and always said we have warehouse issue and blah blah! Then I finally decided to cancel the order. Now they have not refunded the amount. they say we have initiated the refund but now almost a month but I have not received the refund. They don’t reply your mails. worst of all. I call them on their number, they dont even pick up. I have wasted probably 100’s of rupees just on waiting for them to pick up the call. They donot reply to my tweets. The firm is simply pathetic. If you have your money stuck with them, then I suggest you move on with your life cz you probably are not gonna get it back. Falguni Nayar, I just wana tell you to GO TO HELL! JUST GO TO HELL! YOUR BUSINESS AND SERVICES ARE PATHETIC. You can’t imagine my anger right now.
