NYKAA has given me damaged item and they took 2 weeks to pick up item for return. It’s been one month and I haven’t received my return money. I have sent 31 emails and have received only same standard forwards.
Looks like they don’t have any customer service team and they are definitely gonna make your life hell!
NYKAA: Give my money back and I promise I will never buy anything from you guys.
