Around 1month ago I bought a combo pack of lipstick with a kajol free from nykaa. When I got this I found that the lipsticks were very disgusting. They were very thin with a very bad smell. One lipstick was broken. Kajol was worst more than the lipstick. After unsing the kajol I couldnot open my eyes. My eyes became red.the kajol didn’t suit me.i could not use the lipstick also. It was very rough. Overall the product was very bad.the most disgusting part is when I returned the product the didn’t refund my money. I am really disappoineted with nykaa.i have trusted nykaa they broke my trust. I m very upset.They should refund my money and should improve their product quality.
