nykaa is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I have written multiple mails and requests regarding the return of a Product. But team nykaa fails to even respond to all the mails written to them. My money is stuck them. They have a really bad service. I only get a system generated reply that my query will be answered but none of this actually happens. Even at the time of delivery no calls or message is provided to the customer when will the product be delivered.
