Hello Guys, today we would be talking about Nykaa and I am going to share my Experience recieved from Nykaa so, let’s start -
Nykaa app is available in both play store and app store and when you will open the nykaa app it lists out all the products basically cosmetics and layout is also decent.
Now, Nykaa has most of the cosmetics available to them and what was surprising that the cosmetics available over there are available at a very lower price and every item is packed with bubble wrapped polybag.
So, that’s providing an additional protection and that’s a good point.
Quality of all the products are good and one thing you should know is that sometimes the stock is too old so keep that in mind or else your product might be getting expired pretty soon.
But the negative point is that items go out of stock very soon and that’s due to lower price so that’s a pro as well as a con.
Nykaa’s team is also supportive but the timings for customer care support are available for a lesser time period and that’s only for 8 hours and is closed till 9p.m. but that’s decent just in case you want to know.
And also the delivery time is decent enough and reaches upto you under 10 days if you live in a small town or village and mostly under 7 days in cities. But delivery time could be better.
And honestly that’s all every thing is decent and the best part is that most of the cosmetics are available at a very low price. Reliablity is pretty good with this app so, you can trust on the nykaa team.
