Today my review about Naykka.com.Well the first time I purchased on Nykaa, I got all the products but don’t know whether I received the fake or original products. Whenever I received wrong products.Since they work with a third party delivery partner, you are just left at the whims and fancy of their delivery agents dewhether they want to make that delivery that day.
Also, unlike Amazon and Flipkart, their customer service seemed completely pathetic with no reasonable solution for the delay. They didn’t even call the delivery partner. And tell me they can’t do much.i had ordered a Concealer from Nykaa on 20 December and they delayed the delivery for 10+ days while the product was in a warehouse/storage literally a couple of kilometers from my home.i will never order from them again and will never recommend their online shop and delivery to anyone.
