I am from Kolkata, I have purchased 1.5 Tonn window ac model- AXGT18AATH on 13-04-2013 for three months its worked best but now I have to run it on 18 full night & my room size is 8*9 I have made a complaint the concern person came seven days after making the complaint and telling me that it’s ok.
It is working properly I have called Kolkata customer care no no one is piking the ph then I called the Delhi customer care. They gave number of the Chennai Head offc. No one there knows Hindi, the worst service I ever got.
