O General offers the best kind of Air Conditioners for your office and home and for our new house, I thought to buy one. We bought O general 1.5 ton Ac for our room, which costed us around Rs 50, 000. Definitely, it was approximately 1.5 times expensive than other brands of AC but yes the featured made me look worth it. I was very happy with the cooling it provided with copper wire attached and not aluminium thus making its life longer. But one day I misplaced the AC remote somewhere and after searching t everywhere I was unable to search it. I contacted service centre, the only one in the city and they said there was no man to come that day. We waited for man-days and called many times and then they were ready to send a guy but asked for extra charges as the office was far way. We tried to argue but was in vain. I believe even though the Ac is good enough but then it was a expensive buy for us for every time service charge we need to pay.
