I have used o general’s 2.5 ton AC from 1 year, and my feedback for this product is very positive, I have not faced any issue with this, its simply perfect.
Installation and service of o general is also phenomenal, every time I complained them about about the minor issues of the AC, they sent a service guy to my place within a day and the service guy solved the problem in minutes and replied every question very positively and calmly.
So it is a good pick to have in your home.
