Product is ok. Cooling to began with was ok. After that it deteriorated with in 2 months. It is about three four years from now. (which is March 2012). After sales at that time only wanted to persuade me that nothing is wrong. they visit and do some time pass activity. and say everything is ok. anyway. They didn’t do anything. I even filed a consumer complaint. but than couldn’t pursue it leaving my own work. now this company have no after sales Tservice in delhi from last 2-3 years. the company main website doesn’t work. you can’t file a complain. Can’t contact anyone from this company. its just a dead website. there is not even any contact detail. now if you have this ac you just need to rely on street side technicians. and when I brought this ac it was the costliest available at that time. 2-3 thousand rs. more than competition. So much for buying a good product. technically this company must be taken to court but a single consumer don’t have time or energy or resources for that. may be some organization can do that. it would really be a service to don’t know how many of its harassed customers. my only suggestion people looking for advice is this. "NEVER BUY O GENERAL AC".
